Addendum since we apparently got a few people worried:
This rule is concerning Sock Puppets and Ban Evaders, a la Alper (who we speak of in hushed tones), as a quick example. So very case-by-case basis.
For those who didn't know / were trying to just access the forum, this doesn't pertain to you, but if you'd like us to delete those old/excess accounts, just PM us or hit us up with an E-Mail.

If you didn't have such strong ideas about where the story should go, you wouldn't end up so disappointed when the writers have other ideas.
