There is actually. It just works a tad differently. Click on "Post Reply", the button on the bottom to get to the 'advanced view' of the post reply window.
Underneath the editing box, there's a topic review, and you would then see all the posts in the thread (whether it's all of them, or the last 40 like it was one vBulletin, I'm not sure).
You'll notice that each post as a quote button then. Click on the posts you want to quote.

That's how I'm quoting more than one person right now.

Tried that when I searched 'Manage Subscriptions' and was able to remove the subscriptions that way. The problem is, whenever we post in a thread, we're automatically subscribed to it.

But I think I found what might be the cause of it. When you're posting a reply, under the rely box there's this list of options like 'Disable BBCode' and the last one says 'Notify me when a reply is posted'.

Go to User CP Board Preferences > Manage subscriptions. Then check the boxes and click "Unwatched Marked."

^ I did do that, but it kept resubscribing me. But I think changing the settings is working so far.

Just want to say that even though we all made it over here, there are still a few things we need to settle among the staff members. These should include the forum rules, our stance regarding downloads, the Game Corner/Off Topic forum, and a new Changelog thread.
