Happy birthday, NAC. It didn't hit me until near the end of August that I've been on this site for a year. I was a lurker at Janime, although I think I actually did make a couple of posts in the first JackxCarly fanclub before forgetting my password, so I just looked at some of the threads, too nervous to join in the discussion. Once I heard about this site starting up, I decided to be more active since I wanted to participate in the discussions of the different series after lurking for so long. It took awhile, but I became pretty comfortable here, more so than I thought I would, and I really enjoy checking out the discussion on the different series every day. I wish it didn't take me so long to particpate in the discussion, especially when that probably would have caused me to watch the original versions of the series much sooner than I actually did, but I'm glad that I became more comfortable with participating in the discussion here and get to know a lot of the nice people here. I think that this is a great forum and I hope it's around for a long time.

Holy shit, that banner looks amazing! Thank you so much for this, Jake! <3 I'll have to bug Shadowfang to death to fix the code already, since I don't know how to do it yet, and he's still the only person who can edit the code. Not to mention I'm absent most of the time as of late.

But yes, the banner got lost during the last phpBB update for the official skins only, and the code would need to be rewritten to put it back in.

Already one year has passed, since the forum was created and I finally was able to return to Yu-Gi-Oh!.
While the "incident" was indeed sad, since one of the oldest YGO communitys in the Net was killed, it was really great the so many people helped to found this new place.
