I just realized there doesn't seem to be a multiquote feature, or maybe I'm just blind.

Is there a way to make it so you're not automatically subscribed to a thread when you post in it?

Seconding this. I already had to manually unsubscribe two threads after receiving email notifications about them.

You should be able to change that in the User Control Pannel.

Edit: Actually, disregard what I just said. You cannot.
