DO we have a screen shots/images/scans request section here somewhere ?

We do not. I think you could drop something like that in the General Area or the Art Section.

I think a lot of ppl would be interested in a place where they can show off their gifs.
Or give requests for specific scenes for a gif.

We do not have a place for that either, though in terms of wanting to show off gifs we have an art section.

Also place to show self made banners and images for signatures and avatars and such.

No, but we have an Art Section, you could make a Thread in there if you wanted.
