Regarding requests, no, we don't have a thread or place for that yet. However, seeing how the Merged Images thread is in the Projects section and is open to requests, I'd say it would be fine to open an image requests thread in that section as well. Though, that doesn't include non-YGO pictures since the Projects section is a YGO related section. Hmm...

Apart from that, we have the Artwork forum for image/art related topics.
