I think for the sake of courts, which is the main concern, they're not going to care of Sasami is 10 or 100 years old. A lot of European Countries have very strict child pornography laws, and that includes child like characters from anime who thousands of year old, they care about how it looks, not how it is, and with a large number of European users, this becomes a "Strict No".
