I used that a feature on a forum a bit. If it works the same way as I think. It will make our stay here ever more comfortable.
I think that option works... When you click on "View New Posts/Replys" or what ever butting there was it showed me only threads that have posts that were written after my latest posting.
Meaning only the threads with replies to/after my posts.
Not showing all the threads that have new posts after your last visit. Which would be meaningless of an option actually.

I think he means the feature that let you edit your post in the same page without having to open the full edit page when you click that "Edit" button.

That's also what I assume as well.
At the moment, that seems to be the way phpbb works. We'll check if there's an add on that could fix/change that though.

Exactly what I meant. I prefer not to open a new page/tab just for small edits on my writing.
When I edit my post I want to still be able to see the posts before and after mine. This helps my editing. Like it was in Janime. The current option does not offer that little convenience.
